Why am I unable to connect to Fidelity?

Atom uses Plaid to create a secure connection to financial institutions. As of October 1, 2023, Fidelity no longer connects through Plaid. As a result of this change, Fidelity users will no longer be able to connect their accounts to Atom through Plaid.

We understand the importance of Fidelity access for many of our users and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Atom Finance is committed to providing the best possible experience to our users, and we understand that connectivity is an important part of this experience.

Manual Accounts: You have the option to replicate your Fidelity account as a manual account on Atom. Manual accounts allow you to manually enter your positions, trades, and cash deposits and withdrawals so that you can track your Portfolio holdings without connecting to your financial institution through Plaid. Here's some more info on how to create a manual account.

Alternative Access: We understand the importance of having easy access to your financial information and we are exploring alternative providers with existing Fidelity partnerships. However, we are unable to provide any details on if or when we may collaborate with an alternative provider.
